grandma and grandpa's house...

When we were on our way home from Watkins Glen we took a pit stop at my Dad and Sarah's house... well what I didn't mention in that post is that we left the girls there that day (unplanned) . They were asked if they want to stay (because we were going back up the following Wednesday), and surprisingly they said yes. We has plenty of clothes for them considering were on our way home from camping. Grandma and Grandpa had a fun, but very tiring week. They did lots of stuff... including going to Knobels (a family amusement park). However-- when you ask them what they did, the #1 thing they tell you is that they got to drive Grandpa's tractor!!! Below is a picture of Allison driving it....
And now Katie!
Grandpa giving Kate some pointers....
Here Katie is crossing the driveway....
Grandpa broke out the medium tractor and we took a ride down to the end of the block.

For some reason I LOVE this picture of Allison and Richard, it made me smile when I downloaded it... Rich just looks so relaxed and happy... Allison had been telling stories of their days with Grandma and Grandpa.
Heading up to the fields....

Loved the one dark cloud hanging out over the barn.

Heading back now with Allison helping to drive!
We played mini-golf at a new place close to their house.

"Daddy I need help!"
Allison lost her ball in the water and Rich helped her retrieve it... he is sooooo patient :)
Allison was Grandma's little helper.

(just playing with my new lens :)

This was the door to a Pizza place we had lunch at... LOL (I was skeptical, turns out pizza was good!)

On Thursday we headed over to the Binghamton Zoo, we had gone a few years back... but it was time for a re-visit. It was a little disappointing, because there weren't too many animals :(

my little monkey :)

We saw this cool tree tipped over in the woods, Grandpa took his girls up to check it out....

Grandma and Richard.
Thanks for a great visit... the girls are already talking about next year :)
